He directs the firm's technical operations, delivering advanced groundwater simulations, transboundary aquifer assessments, and climate-resilient water solutions across the Horn of Africa. Mr. Salad holds an M.Sc. in Integrated Water Management from Ankara University and maintains active professional certifications in numerical groundwater modeling through specialized international programs, including the SYMPLE International School and the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH) Italian Chapter.
